Challenge

To reach mothers of babies by increasing product trial use and awareness, while encouraging them to register on an interactive website. To capture data and reward moms with future promotional items.

Execution

Managed the year long sampling and sweepstakes promotion while supervising the design agency, production house, printers, secondary packager, fulfillment vendor, sampling company and sweepstakes house. This promotion required multiple timelines, budgets and project specifications to ensure a successful promotion for the client. By tracking all the promotional developments with the help of our proprietary Web-based project management tool, PEP achieved the client’s goals for the promotion.

Results

PEP successfully reached the forecasted and targeted consumers over the year-long project while delivering a multi-promotional program on time, on budget and on spec. In addition, the client enjoyed a significant cost savings due to the efficiency of our execution.
