Aaron Warriner, a leader in corporate team and organizational development, was appointed effective 3/20/2008 to the Board of Directors of Promotion Execution Partners (PEP).
As the tenth addition to the board, Warriner, 33, will draw from his more than 12 years of expertise in corporate training and organization development to provide insight regarding workplace culture, talent development, succession planning, and other personnel issues.
Warriner has promoted a team-based culture through personnel training and annual goal-setting sessions since PEP’s inception in July 2004. Since that time, PEP has grown from a staff of seven to now more than 40 team members, all of whom Warriner knows on a first name basis.
Given Warriner’s history with the burgeoning company, he is looking forward to serving in a more official capacity.
“I see it as a great opportunity to be involved with a growing company that has a great future,” Warriner said. “It is a significant opportunity to join the board while PEP is still in its early stages with fantastic prospects for continued growth.”
Warriner’s appointment also symbolizes PEP’s continued commitment to maintaining a desirable work environment for its employees, said PEP President Dave Kroeger.
“As a company, we place such importance on our personnel and Aaron has a great gauge on how we are coming together as a team,” Kroeger said.
Warriner has acquired a range of experiences in human resources, workforce analysis and planning at Jackson, Mich.-based Consumers Energy, one of the nations largest combination utilities, providing electric and natural gas service to 6.5 million Michigan residents. Warriner also gained experience in the marketing services industry at Valassis, based in Livonia, Mich., where he was named the 2001 Employee of the Year.
Warriner possesses a master’s degree in interpersonal and organizational communication from Central Michigan University, which honored him as their “Outstanding Young Alumni” in 2003. In addition to joining the PEP Board, Aaron serves on the CMU Alumni Advisory Board for Communication.
Warriner resides in Chelsea, Mich. with his wife Nichole and two children.
