pep rally 15: "the pep effect"

On January 24& 25, pep celebrated its 15th annual company planning session.

CINCINNATI, OH, Jan 25, 2019— pep rally 2019 has officially come and gone. This year's company planning session was filled with influential speakers, industry panelists, team building activities, and goal setting initiatives. In 36 short hours, the pep team listened, learned, planned, and strategized new and innovative ways to bring value to clients in 2019 and beyond.

At pep, lasting impact is what matters most. Creating positive disruption in the industry that fades away after the initial launch or program closure is not the pep way. Rather, the marketing operations experts strive to deliver such significant and strategic value that their solutions create ripple effects that transcend time, cross brand teams, and withstand industry headwinds.

The strategic framework of: accountability, excellence, ingenuity, people, and tenacity, is the proven formula that has kept pep’s unique service offerings relevant and necessary in an ever-changing industry landscape.

Another key to securing relevancy in a volatile industry landscape is ensuring strong emphasis is placed on continual learning. It is imperative that there is deep understanding of clients’ perspectives and viewpoints in order to truly appreciate and address the pain points they face. This is the most efficient and effective way to develop and execute the right customized solution, tailored to the specific needs of the client. It is this forward-thinking mindset that prompted pep to host a CPG Industry Panel this year at the company-wide event. Four extremely intelligent and charismatic professionals were invited to partake in a candid conversation on industry trends, challenges, news, and more.

In addition to the Q&A session, pep rally consisted of a myriad of team building activities and breakout training sessions including: Using Effective Communication to Deal with Difficult People, Design Thinking, and DiSC and StrengthsFinder sessions. pep rally concluded with influential speeches delivered by Todd Sebastian and Priya Klocek, leaving us with final thoughts of connection and inclusion.

All in all, pep rally was yet again a success, and its effects will most certainly continue to inspire and motivate throughout the course of the year.
