To maximize value while delivering a cohesive, large-scale national launch for the client’s new line of razors.

Execution
pep was the single point of contact for design and production of 16 different display formats incorporating a custom, light-up “Demo Wheel” display with motion sensor. pep’s operational management included strategically sourcing and driving negotiations, forecasting and consolidating orders, managing logistics, delivering additional launch collateral, and producing for 15 retailers.

Results
$2.3MM in combined savings driven by pep’s efforts 

  • Enabled the re-use of tooling on the subsequent razor line launch
  • Delivered $260K in tooling savings and $2.4MM in total savings on the launch in addition to all original razor launch savings.
